Clear, transparent terms for all BrandHaven Studio services
IMPORTANT: This policy applies to all services provided by BrandHaven Studio. By approving a quote, submitting payment, or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All projects require an upfront deposit prior to the commencement of work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, including but not limited to:
Refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed work.
If you terminate a project after work has commenced, you remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination, as outlined in your service agreement.
Each website package includes up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions directly related to the originally approved scope of work.

Requests for additional revisions, new features, pages, layouts, or functionality outside the approved scope may require additional fees and revised timelines. We will provide a written estimate before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.

Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted delivery dates without penalty to BrandHaven Studio. We will keep you informed of any timeline changes.
Website Ownership: You own your website and all content upon full payment. BrandHaven Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom Code & Design: Custom code and original design elements created specifically for your project are yours upon full payment.
Third-Party Assets: Stock images, icons, templates, or other third-party assets used may have additional licensing terms.
