This policy applies to all services provided by BrandHaven Studio. By approving a quote, submitting
payment, or engaging services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.
Refund Policy
All projects require an upfront deposit prior to the commencement of work. Deposits are
non-refundable once work has begun, including but not limited to planning, design, or development
activities. Refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed work. If the Client terminates a
project after work has commenced, the Client remains responsible for payment for all work completed
up to the date of termination.
Revision Policy
Each website package includes up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions directly related to the
originally approved scope of work. Requests for additional revisions, new features, pages, layouts, or
functionality outside the approved scope may require additional fees and revised timelines, subject to
written approval.
Project Timeline Disclaimer
All project timelines are estimates and depend on timely delivery of content, assets, approvals, and
feedback from the Client. Delays caused by the Client may result in adjusted delivery dates without
penalty to BrandHaven Studio.
